Who Aspire Is Built For

Who we help

The cases other systems find hardest to hold.

Aspire is built for complex, high-risk situations—the ones that bounce between providers, wear families down, and rarely fit a standard package. You don’t need to know the right words, the right acronyms, or the right “level” to reach out. Tell us what’s happening, and we’ll help you find the right next step, even if that step is someone other than us.

For Families & Caregivers

A partner in the hard parts

If you’re reading this, you may be tired in a way that’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t lived it. You love your child. You’ve stepped up to carry something most people never will. We built Aspire to be a partner in that—not one more thing to fight.

You may want to reach out when…

These are recognizable moments, not requirements. You do not need to decide whether your situation is “complex enough” before contacting Aspire.

Safety is a concern

Aggression, self-injury, property destruction, or a child who bolts.

Prior services have stalled

Support has plateaued or ended without things ever feeling stable.

Your child keeps starting over

There have been repeated provider changes, discharges, or restarts.

The hard moments cross settings

Needs span home, school, community, and a treatment program.

A major transition is ahead

Adolescence or the move from school-age to adult services is approaching.

Stability feels fragile

You are worn down, and even the good days do not yet feel secure.

The People We Serve

Significant, layered, and often overlooked needs

We work with children, teens, and adults with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. Most often, the people we serve have needs that are significant, layered, or have proved difficult for other providers to address. That includes the loud, high-risk end—severe aggression, self-injury, elopement, or a placement at risk—and the quieter end that still requires real expertise, such as selective mutism or low-rate but high-stakes behavior. What our families share is not a single diagnosis; it is the need for care that stays consistent across settings and over time.

For Referral & Funding Partners

Continuity for the cases that need it most

You know the families who have been handed off one too many times—the ones where every transition means a new agency, a new waitlist, and progress that collapses in the gap. Regional Centers, schools, health plans, and discharge planners refer to Aspire for exactly those situations: when continuity across settings is what stands between stability and the next crisis.

Common reasons partners refer to Aspire

These are cases where continuity, coordination, and experienced clinical support can materially change what happens next.

Provider churn

A history of repeated discharge or agency changes, and a case that needs to stop starting over.

Severe behavior

Aggression, self-injury, property destruction, or elopement requiring experienced hands.

Critical step-down

A transition from a hospital or more restrictive placement that has to hold this time.

Cross-setting needs

Care spanning home, school, community, and program settings where coordination keeps breaking down.

High-risk transition

Adolescence or the move from school to adult services, with a great deal riding on continuity.

A system stretched thin

A family or team that needs more structure, follow-through, and coordination around the plan.

What Working With Us Is Like

Straightforward referrals. No more starting over.

We keep referrals straightforward, we keep you informed, and once a family is with us, the starting-over stops. A client can move across crisis, community, maintenance, and counseling without re-queuing or changing agencies. This means fewer gaps, fewer failed placements, and fewer of the expensive crises that come from care falling between systems.

For Clinicians

Do the hard work well

If you’re a BCBA or clinician who wants to do the hard work well and not just carry a caseload, Aspire is built for you. We put the most senior expertise closest to the most complex cases—the opposite of the industry norm.

You may be a fit for our team if…

Aspire is designed for clinicians who value judgment, collaboration, continuity, and continued mastery.

Complexity draws you in

You’re drawn to complex, high-risk work rather than high-volume, routine caseloads.

You want support close to the work

You want mentorship, clinical overlap, and early escalation. You do not want to be left alone with the hardest moments.

Integrity includes continuity

You value in-person care and continuity across settings as part of doing the work with integrity.

You want to keep growing

You want weekly mentorship, clinical clinics, and crisis training built into the way you practice.

What We Offer

A support system built around the clinician

Senior clinical support is brought close to the work, with shared problem-solving on the toughest cases and a culture that treats mastery as the point. The expertise built on our hardest cases reaches every clinician on the team.

An Honest Fit Conversation

When Aspire may not be the right fit

We would rather be honest early than have you lose time. Aspire is designed around complexity, continuity, and situations that require experienced support across settings.

Where Another Provider May Fit Better

Some needs do not require a specialized model.

Aspire may not be the best match for routine early-intervention services or short, low-complexity needs that a general provider can serve well. In those situations, a less specialized option may be more appropriate.

Still Tell Us What’s Happening

Uncertainty should not stop you from reaching out.

If another provider would be a better fit, we will tell you and help point you toward a more appropriate option. And if you are waiting for services elsewhere, Aspire can often help in the meantime so you are not left with nothing.

A Clear Starting Process

What happens after you reach out

From your first call to a clear next step, here’s how getting started works—so you always know what’s coming and you’re never left wondering.

One clear process for families and referral partners

First Contact

Reach out

One call or referral form. Tell us what’s happening—no forms to master and no acronyms required.

Understand the History

Records & context

We gather your history and current situation so you do not have to retell your whole story later.

Choose the Right Path

Fit & priority

We talk through fit and the right starting point honestly—even if that point is someone other than us.

Begin With a Plan

Scheduling & onboarding

If we’re a fit, we get you scheduled and started with a clear plan for what comes first.

You will know what the next step is. The goal of the first conversation is clarity—not pressure, confusion, or another unexplained handoff.

There Is a Place to Start

Ready to start?

Wherever you’re coming from—a worn-down parent, a service coordinator with a case that keeps failing, or a clinician who wants to do this work well—there’s a place to start here, and people ready to walk it with you.

Not sure which path applies? Start with the family and general Contact page, and Aspire can help route the conversation.
